USER AGREEMENT:
In using the Matrimonial.org.in service, you (The User) are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action.

THE USER OF Matrimonial.org.in IS PRESUMED TO HAVE READ ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN AND FAQ AND IS DEEMED TO HAVE AGREED, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED UNCONDITIONALLY ALL THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, PROCEDURES AND RISKS OF USING THE SERVICES AND CAN NOT AT ANY TIME CLAIM IGNORANCE OF ANY OR ALL OF THEM. ALL RELATIONSHIP OF ANY USER WHERESOEVER SITUATED IS GOVERNED BY AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY, DELHI, INDIA.
